I don't understand the dot-com crash. Companies like Pets.com, Kozmo.com, and Boo.com raised hundreds of millions of dollars and then just disappeared. What went wrong? Did people actually think these business models made sense? I thought the internet was supposed to make everything better. Is the whole tech sector done for?
