What does your Myers-Briggs type actually mean?
I took a Myers-Briggs test online and got INTJ. My coworkers are obsessed with these personality types and keep saying things like 'that's such an ENFP thing to do.' Is there actual science behind this? Can a 4-letter code really describe your whole personality? My result changed when I took it again so it can't be that reliable.

I used to have a strong opinion on this and then I lived in another part of the country for a few years and completely changed my mind. Travel does that. What seems obvious where you grew up isn't obvious everywhere.
I'd ask your parents or grandparents how things were when they were your age. You'll be surprised — a lot of what feels brand new today actually happened before in a slightly different form. History rhymes.
Talk to people who actually disagree with you instead of just reading things that confirm what you already believe. That's the only way I ever change my mind about anything. It's uncomfortable but worth it.
