How much does it cost to add more RAM to my computer?
My computer is slow and everyone says I should add more RAM. How do I know what kind of RAM my computer takes? How much does it cost? Is it hard to install? My computer is about 3 years old. Is it even worth upgrading an older computer, or should I just save up for a new one?

I'd recommend trying the free solution first before spending money. Nine times out of ten, the free option works just as well as the paid one. Only upgrade to paid software if the free version doesn't meet your needs.
Make sure you have the latest drivers from the actual manufacturer's website, not whatever Windows Update gives you. Video card drivers especially — nVidia and ATI release new ones every month and they make a real difference.
