How do I handle a coworker who takes credit for my work?
There's a coworker who consistently presents my ideas and work as their own to our boss. It's hurting my career and it's infuriating. How do I deal with this without looking petty or starting a conflict? Should I confront them directly, talk to my boss, or just make my contributions more visible?

Great question. I've thought about this a lot and honestly I think both sides have valid points. The key is finding a balance that works for your life rather than following what everyone else does.
