Game 7 is one of the greatest baseball games ever played. The Yankees seemed destined after the Jeter flip and two consecutive walk-off wins in Games 4 and 5. Then Gonzalez bloops the single off Rivera in the 9th to win it for Arizona.

The Jeter flip play in Game 3 (or was it 4?) is already an all-time highlight. The instinct to be in that position, on that play, in that moment. Unreal.

As a Yankees fan I'm devastated but I have to tip my cap. Schilling and Johnson were absolute monsters this series. Couldn't beat that pitching.

Best World Series in decades. Every game felt like it mattered. The back-and-forth momentum swings were incredible television.
