Selling my Toshiba SD-2200 DVD player. Region 1, progressive scan output, plays CD-R/RW for MP3 playback. Component and S-Video outputs. Picture quality is excellent.

Upgraded to a PS2 which does double duty. $80 shipped. Good starter DVD player.

Does it have the cooked firmware that plays Region 2 discs? Some Toshibas can be hacked. Would be interested if it can.

Good player. I have the same one and the progressive scan output is noticeably better than my old Samsung. GLWS.
