Just dropped $1,200 on a new computer build and I'm having buyer's remorse even though it's exactly what I wanted. What's the biggest tech purchase you've ever made?

Trying to feel better about my spending habits by hearing yours lol.

$2,000 on a laptop for college. Worth every penny — I used it daily for 4 years. Amortized out to less than $2/day.

$800 on a Palm V PDA in 1999. Yeah. I know. Don't look at me like that. It was cool at the time.

$500 on a 16x CD-RW drive in 1998 when they first came out. Six months later they were $150. Early adopter tax is real.
