Started working from home as a freelance web developer and the freedom is incredible but the discipline is hard. I find myself browsing forums (hi!) instead of working way too often.

Any other work-from-home people here? How do you stay productive?

Dedicated workspace is crucial. Don't work from your couch or bed. Have a desk that's only for work. When you sit there, you work. When you leave, you're done.

I set fake 'office hours' for myself. 9-5 I'm working, even though nobody is checking. The structure helps a lot.

Pants. Wear pants. I know it sounds stupid but getting dressed like you're going somewhere changes your mindset completely.
