- Dual Pentium III 1.4GHz (because I can)

- Dual GeForce3 Ti500
- RAID 0 array of four 73GB SCSI 15K RPM drives
- 22" Sony FW900 flat CRT
- Custom water cooling

Total cost: probably $15,000. A man can dream.

Replace the dual P3 with a dual Athlon MP and you've got my dream build. Those Tyan Thunder boards with dual Socket A are incredible. Compile times measured in seconds.

I'd add a second 22-inch monitor. Dual FW900s. The desk would need to be reinforced for the weight but it would be the greatest setup ever assembled.

You forgot the sound system. Klipsch ProMedia 5.1 THX. Your neighbors will hate you but your games will sound incredible.

My dream build is a quiet build. Fanless PSU, passive CPU cooler, solid state drives (when they exist at reasonable sizes). The silence would be golden.
