I'm not talking about dot-com startups or day trading. I mean regular people making money from the internet. Running a small online store, selling things on eBay, freelance web design, banner ad revenue.

Is anyone here actually generating income from the web? What's working?

I make about $300/month selling vintage items on eBay. Not a living but a nice supplement. The key is finding undervalued items at thrift stores and reselling online.

Freelance web design brings in $500-1000/month as a side gig. Most clients come from word-of-mouth. Having a portfolio site is essential.

My personal site with banner ads makes about $15/month. Not exactly retiring early but it covers the hosting costs at least lol.
