Kawasaki Ninja 250 or Honda Rebel 250. Both are forgiving, affordable, and fun. Do not start on a liter bike!

Chain cleaning and lube every 500 miles. Oil changes every 3000. Tire pressure check before every ride.

Staggered formation, hand signals, sweep rider, no passing within the group. Everyone gets home safe.
