Walk-run intervals, increase slowly, and stop at the first sign of pain. Coming back too fast just reinjures you. Patience.

Not running messes with your head. Cross-train, set rehab goals, and remember this is temporary. You will run again.

Most running injuries are weakness injuries. Glutes, hips, and core. Two strength sessions a week keeps you on the road.
