Ad Operations Coordinator

DoubleClick, the leading provider of digital advertising solutions, is seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator to support our growing advertiser and publisher client base.

You’ll work directly with our ad serving technology — DART — to traffic, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic banner, interstitial, and rich media ad campaigns via the DART system
  • Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, flag and resolve delivery issues
  • Pull and deliver campaign performance reports to account managers
  • Work with publishers to ensure creative specs and deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and billing records

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital advertising operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic HTML knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field
