Excite@Home operates one of the largest broadband internet networks in the United States, delivering high-speed internet to millions of cable subscribers. We are hiring a Network Engineer to help maintain and expand our nationwide backbone infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability network infrastructure
• Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches
• Monitor network performance, diagnose, and resolve outages
• Capacity planning and traffic engineering for backbone and edge networks
• 24×7 on-call rotation support

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
• Strong BGP, OSPF, and MPLS experience
• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification strongly preferred
• Experience with cable broadband (DOCSIS) networks a plus
• Ability to lift and rack network equipment
