Responsibilities

  • Moderate artist and fan forums, resolving disputes and enforcing community guidelines
  • Respond to community feedback and escalate issues to the product team
  • Plan and execute community events, contests, and artist spotlights
  • Write weekly community newsletters and blog posts
  • Identify and engage with top artist and fan contributors

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for music and the independent music scene
  • 1+ years of community management or customer service experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with online community tools and discussion forums
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in heated community situations
