My Top SAT Strategies:
Math Section:
- Plug in answer choices! Start with C (the middle value)
- Draw diagrams for EVERY geometry problem
- Pick real numbers for variables
- If it looks too hard, you're overcomplicating it
Verbal Section:
- Read the questions BEFORE the passage
- Eliminate obviously wrong answers first
- Learn Greek and Latin roots (covers hundreds of vocab words)
- The correct answer is usually not the most extreme choice
