Installation Instructions:
1. Upload the .pl file to your cgi-bin directory
2. Set permissions: chmod 755 script.pl
3. Edit the configuration variables at the top of the script
4. Test by visiting http://yoursite.com/cgi-bin/script.pl

IMPORTANT: Make sure your server has Perl 5.004 or later!
Ask your webhost if CGI is enabled on your account.
