How do I deal with neighbors who are too noisy?
The people next door play loud music late at night and have parties on weeknights. I've been losing sleep. I don't want to start a feud since we have to live next to each other. How do I approach noisy neighbors? Should I talk to them directly, leave a note, or call the landlord? What if they get hostile?

I think the real issue here is that society is changing faster than most people can keep up with. What was normal 20 years ago might be considered outdated now, and what we think is normal today will probably seem old-fashioned in 20 years.
