PIXEL ART STUDIO
Creating tiny masterpieces, one pixel at a time!
About My Art:
I create all my pixel art in Microsoft Paint and Photoshop 5.5. Each piece takes 2-10 hours depending on size. I work at 400% zoom and place every pixel by hand.
Gallery:
Tips for Beginners:
1. Start SMALL (16x16 or 32x32)
2. Limit your color palette
3. Study other pixel artists (check out PixelJoint.com)
4. Anti-aliasing is your friend
5. Practice, practice, practice!
Tools I Use:
- MS Paint (seriously! It's great for pixel art)
- Photoshop 5.5 (for animation frames)
- Pro Motion (the BEST dedicated pixel art tool)
