A projector gives you 100+ inches for $1000. Picture quality is worse than a CRT but the SIZE makes up for it in movies.

DVD audio vs SACD

Both offer incredible surround music. DVD-A has more titles. SACD has better compatibility. The format war nobody asked for.

The corner placement myth. Try the subwoofer crawl: put the sub in your listening position, crawl around the room, find where bass sounds best.
