Float serve for consistency, jump serve for power. Toss placement is everything. Practice 50 serves before each session.

Sand is harder to move in but easier on your knees. Indoor is faster and more structured. Both are incredibly fun.

We play Thursdays 7-9pm at the community center. 4v4 or 6v6 depending on turnout. All skill levels. Come play!

Platform for passing, hands above your forehead for setting, approach and swing for hitting. The basics that matter most.
