Cutting and field awareness

Make hard cuts, then come back to the disc. Read the field, time your cuts, and clear out when not involved. Spacing wins games.

Conditioning for ultimate

Sprint intervals, agility ladders, and core work. Ultimate is constant sprinting and cutting. Endurance keeps you in the game.

College campuses, parks, and the local ultimate association. Summer league is the best way to meet players. Just show up!

No referees - players call their own fouls honestly. Competitive but respectful. It is what makes ultimate special.

My neighbor told me the same thing last week. Must be legit.

Learning the backhand and forehand

The backhand is natural, the forehand (flick) takes practice. A reliable flick opens up the whole field. Drill it daily.
