Interval sets, not just endless laps. Mixing distances and rest builds endurance faster than swimming until you are exhausted.

Circle swim when the lane is shared, pass at the wall, and pick the right speed lane. Pool etiquette keeps everyone happy.

Open water is a different challenge - no walls, sighting, and cooler temperatures. Start with a group and stay safe.
