Less text, bigger fonts, one idea per slide. The slides support you - they are not your script. Keep it clean.

When a spreadsheet gets unwieldy, a real database is the answer. Tables, queries, and forms. It is less scary than it looks.

One letter template plus a spreadsheet of names equals hundreds of personalized letters. Mail merge is criminally underused.
