Totally agree with this. The Asus boards with VIA chipsets have some compatibility issues. Check the forums. |

How does I had the same issue and it turned out to be a bad power supply. Try swapping it out. work exactly? |

From experience, Make sure the RAM is on the motherboard's QVL (qualified vendor list). |

While we're on the subject, Reseat the card and the cables. Half the time that fixes weird issues. |
