Snoozing gives you fragmented, low-quality sleep. Set the alarm for when you actually need to get up, and get up.

The hour before bed should be calm - reading, stretching, dim lights. Your body needs a runway, not a hard stop.

Keep a notepad by the bed. Write down the worry, tell yourself you will handle it tomorrow, and let it go for now.
